We aim to serve with honesty, clarity, and simplicity—because faith is simple.

PROCESSING TIME

Many of our items are made to order or assembled by hand. From packaging to small details, we prepare everything with care so you receive something meaningful—not rushed.

simplechristian.ca is a small, Christian-inspired business run with love and intention. We always aim to ship as soon as your order is ready, usually the next business day.

Your patience and support truly mean a lot.

FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY

We will ship orders within 1-3 business days.

Shipping time may vary depending on your location. It takes approximately 3-10* business days for parcels to be delivered within Canada.

*Delivery times are approximate and based on information from Shipping Carriers. Shipping Carriers might delay shipping which is beyond our control. During holiday season, Shipping Carriers might take longer than usual to process your package.

Carriers we use: Canada Post or UPS

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if it seems lost in transit, you may be eligible for compensation. Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos.

If a parcel is returned due to:

- wrong shipping address provided
- missed delivery attempts

…a refund for items (shipping excluded) or reshipment at additional cost will be offered once the package arrives back to us. Returned parcels may take over a month to arrive.

EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS 

We only accept returns or exchanges for defective products or if an incorrect item was sent. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us at within 7 days of the Shipping Carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full price of the item.

If we detect possible fraudulent activity and receive no reply from the customer within 3 business days, the order will be cancelled and an email will be sent explaining the reason.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes once they reach your country. These fees must be paid by the recipient and vary by region. Please consult your local customs office if you have questions.

By law, we must declare the full retail value of each item on customs forms.

SIMPLE PACKAGING

We intentionally use simple, minimal packaging. By avoiding excessive boxes and decorations, we’re able to keep our products affordable and accessible for everyone.

By using minimal packaging, we reduce waste and avoid excess materials, making our shipping process more environmentally responsible.

At the moment, we do not offer gift packaging. Keeping packaging minimal helps us keep costs low and prices fair.
